Sound bar and speaker issue

Hi, I’m new to the forum, so this question may have been asked and answered already.
My sound bar DSP1 and matching speakers (DSP2 and DSP3). When adjusting the volume with the remote. The sound level goes to maximum volume and will not go down. I’ve replaced the remote battery. Has anyone else had this issue and can it be resolved without replacing the whole system? Thanks for advance for any ideas

Try turning everything off, then unplug the DSP1 for at least 5 minutes. Plug back in and power everything up.
You may have to repeat that process a few times.
