Polk Magnifi Max Ax Sr subwoofer problem

Can anyone help me to solve my problem?! I'm currently using the Polk Magnifi Max AXE SR; it's a very nice product with super bass and sound quality, but unfortunately, suddenly the subwoofer gets disconnected immediately. I have tried many methods to repair and reset… Sometimes it gets connected, then suddenly it gets unpaired. I bought new power cords also; it was working around sometimes, but again the same issue arose. Even I went to the service centre and serviced the product; after some months again, the same problem arose, and now the surrounding speakers are also not working. Kindly, can anyone help me, please?
