I got a sound bar from Amazon and it is stuck in demo mode. I've tried various combinations of buttons and it is hard stuck in demo mode. Is there anyway support can mail me a USB with the consumer software to update my polk?

Hello and welcome to Club Polk. Have you tried to press and hold the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the sound bar simultaneously until the unit says it is "exiting demo mode"?

Hello, yes I've tried. It seems like the only way to get it out of demo mode is to somehow have support send me a USB with the software.

Mine was fixed. For this particular model, you hold the volume + and - button together , for a long time. You will hear the following sounds sequentially
- after 20 seconds, one chime keep holding
- after another 20 seconds, two chimes keep holding
- Another 20 seconds, three chimes keep holding
- and another 20 seconds, four chimes keep holding
- after the last 40-60 seconds, a distinct sound will be made. The you can stop holding the buttons. The sound bar will now reboot after around 1 minute it will be in normal mode.
It took a lot patience to find this out. I don’t think it’s in any manual

Probably some 6 year old figured that out while messing with Dad's Stereo.
Glad it worked out, enjoy some tuneage.
