Polk signa s3 subwoofer goes louder and louder

Hi! I have a Polk signa s3 soundbar and subwoofer. I moved my tv, soundbar and subwoofer from one side of the room to the other last night and that's when this started. . Now when I plug it in the subwoofer keeps going louder and louder on it's own until I unplug it. I searched for a remedy and it was suggested to hold the power button down with the bluetooth and the + button all at the same time and that did nothing. I have tried unplugging everything and replugging it all back in and it did nothing. The subwoofer does not respond to me turning the volume down or the base button on the remote. I even hit the mute button and the soundbar went mute, but not the subwoofer. I looked to see if there was a reset button on the subwoofer but there is none visible. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Could either the subwoofer or the soundbar now be closer to your router than it was before? -

No, I even moved it to the corner that is about as far away from the router as I can get, and it just keeps getting louder and louder. -
Thanks for the reply. I'll forward your issue to a friend at Polk for a solution.

Please send an email to: kim.jasper@masimo.com and give him your name, address, telephone number and the serial number from the rear of the soundbar and he will take care of it.
