PSW303 Transistor Question

I have a PSW303 sub with a blown transistor (dumb mistake...) on the amplifier board. Does anyone have a schematic or can identify the part number for transistor Q4 (the first line on mine ends with "SP", second line with "7A", the rest is destroyed)?
