Conrad Johnson MF 2200 and DeHavilland. I have had both for awhile now and never got around to posting about the combo.

The amp does run hot-ish and seems to be hotter on the left channel. Also, I would like someone with skills to install a removable IEC plug and heck...might as well as replace with TOL caps. I am a bit squeemish about doing this myself since I normally left the amp on and sometimes power down the pre. Any Polkies interested in upgrading the amp or recommendations on a good tech?

Running hot-ish isn't a problem, but one channel running hotter than the other means the bias needs adjustment.

Looking at a pic of the rear it could be challenging to mount an IEC where the captive cord is, but I'm sure something could be figured out.

You familiar with Benny in Atlanta? That's who I would recommend for your area. If you are close enough to North Atlanta, you could just drop it off and probably pick it back up within a week or two. That way, you don't run the risk of shipping.

If you are interested, I'll give you his contact information. Highly recommended.

That's who fixed my LSA Statement amp. He's a long drive from Kevin though. Benny is up on the edge of Roswell/Alpharetta. He typically has a 2-month wait as well.
