RT12 speaker driver-buzzing noise

A friend has a set of the RT12. He said he has a buzzing sound coming from ONE driver. All the drivers look physically ok. He also said, it sounds like an intermittent problem. Could the driver be bad or a possible crossover issue?

    Tell him to rotate the driver 180 degrees

    Of course, a driver can be bad. Tell him to first tighten the screws attaching the driver basket to the baffle. If he still has the intermittent buzz pull the driver and inspect the spider for a tear where it attaches to the cone.
