Has an album transported you back in time?

Recently I pulled out Van Morrisons' Veddon Fleece record wondering what condition it may be in as it was played years ago on a very low end stereo (all that I could afford at the time). It was in better shape than I expected and I found myself getting immersed in the music. This is certainly not regarded as one of his top 10 albums, but I found myself back in time as a teen living in England. Memories popping up that I had almost long forgotten.
This listening session became emotional for me and even though this album would not be one of my picks to have stranded on a desert island, it was truly enjoyable. Is there an album that has done this for you?

Music is always connected to memories for me. Some Albums I can't listen to anymore due it.

Absolutely!! For me I even get the sights and scents of the time. Like lilacs in the spring kind of thing. -
I have this very odd memory of being at a friend’s house with a few other friends every time I hear The Cutting Crew: Died In Your Arms. It’s such a random memory because there was nothing special going on, nothing significant about the song. We were just hanging out like normal, but I’m reminded of THAT day and THOSE friends every time I hear the song which isn’t very often.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden

Like Shania Twain's, "Man, I feel like a Woman"?
I keed, I keed (seriously). That's not even an album. It's a song. But yes, music does always have the ability to bring you back in time and prompt long forgotten memories.
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -

Songs take me back.
My wife and I played some YouTube country hits from their "side list" today.
Took us back to around 74 to 80 or so. Good music back then.
While browsing the list I found a song we had never heard of...
**********I didn't know Olivia Newton-John took a guy down to the "Banks of the Ohio River".Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
