the sound of my soundbar automatically becomes louder. I did a reset but it doesn’t work. Who can help me?

I pushed the buttons on top of the soundbar. And held them for 10 sec

You might want to try a power recycle. With the soundbar in the "on" position unplug the AC power cord, leave it unplugged for 15 minutes then reconnect the power. You might have to do this four or five times to completely reset the bar.

Signs S4 soundbar is very delayed when turned with my Sony tv. Tv is from 2017 and does not have eArc. Would that be the problem? Also, does the same thing switching from regular cable to my Firestick.

Hello,
Welcome to the Polk forum. Do you mean that the sound from the soundbar is not synchronized with the image on the TV? Or, that the soundbar doesn't turn on at the same time the TV is turned on?
