Problem with Polk Magnifi Max SR

Title: Issues with Polk Magnifi Max SR – Same as Described Online

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing issues with my Polk Magnifi Max SR, which I bought in Poland in August 2021. The symptoms are exactly the same as those described by another user online:
• The power button has stopped working.
• The front LED light stays orange/amber.
• No Wi-Fi connection.
• No Ethernet connection (router detects the MAC address, but no IP address).
• Google Home detects the device but cannot connect.
• HDMI audio has stopped working.
• Bluetooth works, but the volume constantly sets itself to maximum.
• The subwoofer doesn’t work and only makes “popping” sounds.
• Resetting the device does nothing (no characteristic beeping sounds).

I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, including resetting, but nothing has helped. Has anyone had a similar experience and found a solution? I’m also wondering if it’s possible to use the service USB port to fix this issue somehow.

I’ve already reported the problem to customer support, but I’m hoping someone here might have a workaround or advice.
