Monitor 4 wall mounting

Anyone have suggestions for mounting the monitor 4s on a wall? I have seen the clamping bookshelf mounts, but I would need mine to tilt down a bit and the monitors are heavy, so I would be concerned about them slipping out over time. Maybe there is one that clamps front to back, or has some kind of stopper on the front?
I did notice mine have 2 holes on the back that the previous owner must have added, with metal threads inside. Not sure what kind of mount you would use for these:

These are good wall mounts. You may be able to use less expensive ones as these are able to
support speakers weighing 55 lbs.

Strangely enough, someone already did that. The previous owner added 2 threaded insert holes to the back of the 4s. They appear to be for mounting but I am not sure. You can't see the threaded inserts in the picture below but they are there. I am wondering if there is a mount that clamps but also secures into one of those threads for extra security, since I will have to tilt them forward quite a bit.
