Magnifi max SR; sub will not power on or link to bar

Hello, I purchased a Magnifi max SR in fall of 2020. It’s had some hiccups since I installed it, but mostly worked with no issues. Recently I noticed that the sub woofer disconnected and will no longer pair. I’m not exactly sure how long it’s been offline. The sub is getting power but will not power on, or at least doesn’t appear to as the SYNC LED does not come on at all. I’ve removed from power for several minutes and even performed a factory reset on the bar out of desperation with no luck. I’ve even tested the power supply chord and confirmed that voltage is passing through it. I’m wondering if there is an internal fuse on this speaker?

A year and a half with no response. Soundbar started cutting out at random a few months later, and now is completely bricked- no audio, just blinking amber light. I’ve removed power for several minutes and performed factory reset steps with no luck. This system was purchased in the fall of 2020 and just over five years later has become completely useless. I used to sell Polk soundbars via Echostar and cringe at the thought of other people having the same failure with a Polk product purchased at my suggestion. Is this what Polk has become? Disposable A/V equipment? SMH

Soundbars are a massive problem on so many levels. They are a very complicated electrical box.
If I had a dollar for how many people came on this forum with a problem with their sound bar, I could probably retire.
