Still have that SL-2500? Looking at buying a pair of local Series2 Monitor 7's with a dead one.

I do, it’s yours, just cover shipping..

  • I may be a few days too late, but will ask anyway, are any of the MW6511 units still available ?
One of them in my SRS2.3 got damaged last week while watching Oppenheimer...
Suddenly too much bass and I was too slow on reducing the volume.
Now it distorts at low volume and makes a scratchy rubbing sound when pressing on the cone.

You should stock up on the donut drivers (MW6513?) as well. Those are very hard to get.

I have a bunch of the MW6513 available, brand new old stock. Extremely rare!

    Hey brother,,

I’m thinking spares/backups might be prudent… even though they’re presently in storage.

But I’m having difficulty accessing DKs Compendium to confirm if the 6503s will fit (electrically) into my 1989 2B Studios with pin/blade interconnect.

    Can you confirm?

I’m pretty sure there’s a misprint in my 35-year-old owners manual… even my so-called “correction” is ambiguous

Still have a 6510? Prefer the older one to match. What is the deal with the newer ones? One of mine in my left SDA 1C started scratching today. All magnets are glued so no idea what happened. Can hear it was manually flexing the speaker.
