I had the soundbar and subwoofer. Now I got the back speakers and they just blast loud and cracking. Can’t turn them down. I can cut them off. I’m on firmware 136. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Let me pose this question to a friend at Polk. Which model surrounds did you add?

His response:
"Hello, the wireless speakers communicate with the soundbar via RF. Nearby wireless devices such as wireless routers can cause communication errors, resulting in popping or crackling sounds. Relocating the wireless surround speakers or other devices can help stabilize the connection. If you need further assistance, please visit our Polk Audio Support page for further assistance. There is no wifi around me, as soon as I added the SR1 surrounds they blast loud and crackle. I’ve reset the whole system several times to no avail. I read the horror stories but didn’t think it would be this bad. The Google home app say SW version 136.Retired Onkyo 520 (returned broken HK 247)
