Working for 2 months, absolutely no issues, loved it. the put movie on pause to get dinner, csme back and started movie again, no sound, nothing works to resolve this, no buttons not factory resetting, not changing sources, no remote button or unit buttons make any difference.
all devices connected to it see its there, Bluetooth and optical, but no output.

Hello,
Welcome to the Polk forum. Those are certainly unusual symptoms, it's like it went into standby and didn't wake up. I'll send this to two soundbar experts at Polk and let you know what will resolve this. -
Thanks for the assist

Hey James,
I sent you a PM to get you some help.
There is also one thing I'd like for you to try to see if it works. A power reset might be needed unplug the bar for a little over 5 minutes to dissipate any built up electricity in it then plug it back in to see if that resets it and if it works again after that. -
no change, sorry, but thats for the effort
I have tried three button reset, battery removal reset in remote, unplugging for a whole day. even doing another factory 3 button reset after plugging back in just in case.

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Have you tried this suggestion:
