My Polk Magnify Max 3.1 still crackeling in subwoofer and loosing connection randomly

MAC Address: 88:D0:39:5C:04:6C
Looses connection randomly;
Randomly producing some weird sounds in the Subwoofer, crackling?!... It's a shame, because it has a lot of potencial, but with all this random behaviour... can someone please help?
By the way, I live in Portugal (Europe).
