Subwoofer suddenly not working

I have had the surround bar 3000 for many years now with no issues. Suddenly I’ve noticed the subwoofer is not putting out any sound. The sound bar is working totally fine but no sound from the sub. I’ve checked all power connections, I’ve made sure the tv is set to digital audio, the sound bar and sub are on the same channel frequency, the green light next to “link” is on and solid green. I’ve power cycled both the sound bar and the sub, I’ve tried different outlets and different power cords. At this point I’m not sure what else there is to do. Please help.
