MagniFi 2 and SR2 Issues

I have the most recent software. Checked through google home app. The sr2 volume is HIGH. Like I turned it down and it keeps going higher than the soundbar. They’re making a static sound. The sub also does a knocking sound.
All of this to say, I had the EXACT same issue with the original Magnifi Max system 6 years ago.
