Erratic shutdown, sound delay

My FR1 soundbar goes silent from time to time and will come back on after I turn the soundbar off and then back on again. Also, the sound is delayed from what is on the TV. I have installed a new DISH receiver, as DISH thought that would solve the sound delay. It didn't. My other TV (without a soundbar) which is connected to the same DISH receiver has no problem. Any ideas?
