Several problems with Command Bar

Hello, I have the following problems with my Polk Audio Command Bar with the serial number: AM9638051850072 - When I plug the Amazon Fire TV Stick into the HDMI port provided, it gets so hot that the stick switches itself off after a short time. - In general, the area near the power cable plug gets very hot - The USB port no longer works after I have used an LED strip under 1800mA for a long time. - Alexa responds hesitantly and often not at all. It just flashes blue and nothing happens. Do you have any ideas how I can fix the problems? Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the Polk forum. That is certainly a unique situation. I'll forward this to some soundbar experts at Polk, how long have you owned the system? Maybe unplug the soundbar until we can determine what is going on, okay?

    Hey Dennis, sorry to hear about this. Can you provide some more information to me about how you have this setup?
    Do you have the LED strip connected to the USB service port? You should not have anything connected to that port as that can damage the power supply and it is only used for servicing by technicians. Please give me some more detail so I can advise further steps.
