What would be best receiver for these speakers if I only use them without any other speakers and want to connect tv and PC, bluetooth would be great also. Are these Sony STR-DH190 and Yamaha R-S202D good enough? I would like to keep budget under 500$.

Hello,
Welcome! In very broad general terms over the years Yamaha receivers seem to be a consistently better sounding audio company. With that said if you could find a Marantz receiver in the same or slightly more costly price range you would be pleased. -

Both Cambridge and arcam make music first products: I have owned multiple of both and keep coming back because of the sound quality and bang for your buck.
