Hi my polk magnifi soundbar comes on but after a few minutes the sound goes off sounds like a common problem on the Internet

Welcome to Polk's forum. The soundbar has an automatic standby circuit that operates if there's no sound being produced for about 15 minutes. Is this what you're experiencing? -
Just turns itself off while playing
