Sub lost sync with the soundbar maginfi max after firmware update

Hello there
the soundbar Magnifi Max cannot sync with subwoofer after firmware update to 136.
This soundbar was just purchased and open yesterday.
The sub was working in the beginning. but after firmware update the led on the back of sub just blinking all the time. long pressing on the sync button (in sub) doesnt help, nothing helping.

any idea?

Here are his instructions:



1. Perform a power reset by unplugging the soundbar and sub for five minutes before plugging them back in.

2. Factory reset. Reset Magnifi soundbar (polkaudio.com)<https://support-uk.polkaudio.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6565/~/reset-magnifi-soundbar#:~:text=If you experience issues with your Magnifi soundbar,this, all settings of the Bar are erased.&gt;

i have tried the above, but without success.

any other ideas?

If you contact Polk at 1-800-377-7655 and explain the situation they will replace your subwoofer.
