Polk omni SB1+ flashing blue and white light?

Hi, whenever I turn on my SB1+ soundbar, this happens. I've tried some basic trouble-shooting steps but nothing seems to help. Any ideas on how to clear this error?

Try calling Polk customer service for help as they do not monitor the site.

I'll check with a friend at Polk, but in the meanwhile calling 1-800-377-7655 is a good idea.

Here is an explanation of the LED's function:

A single red LED means the unit is in the "standby" mode.
A single orange LED means "source 1" is a PCM device
A single green LED means "source 1" is a Dolby Digital device
Two orange LEDs mean "source 2" is selected
A single blue LED means "source 2" is a Bluetooth device, blinking blue LEDs mean the device is not connected.
When white LEDs are blinking "mute" is engaged, "volume", "voice" and "bass" will have white LEDs when being activated.
  • Thank you guys, appreciate the input but there is no reference anywhere on what this combinations of white and blue blinking is. I will try to play with the remote, see if perhaps it is muted, but I've even tried to reset the bar by long pressing 'wifi' button and nothing happens.

You might want to unplug the power cord, leave it unconnected for a few minutes, then reconnect. Sometimes you have to do this several times to reset the circuitry.
  • Anybody with other insights? I still have the same issue.

Has anybody tried to take this soundbar apart? Any parts that are replaceable?
