polk react Soundbar with Alexa No sound

Hi,
after installing the Soundbar IT worked for 10 minutes. Then it said it will Install an update. It made strange noises and restartet. Now i cant get any sound out of it. Even Alexa says nothing. Tried a factory reset, i can connect it again to Alexa but still do not get any sound.
Any ideas?

I'll forward this to a friend at Polk. But, in the meantime, try switching the soundbar off, then disconnect the power cord from the AC. Wait a few minutes then reconnect the power. You might have to repeat this a few times to reboot it.

"Sounds like a bad bar.
I would suggest returning it to his dealer for an exchange or have him call the Polk 800-377-7655 number if the store is not able to do so."
