Center Speaker For RT3000’s

Currently using a pair of the RT3000’s since got the amps repaired early in the year. Also using the CS1000P center that goes with them. Looking to probably redo the setup in a year, mainly switch all the equipment from the cabinet currently have under tv to a rack and put in different spot in the room. The center is a very big speaker. Was wondering if was any other centers that would match and work well with the RT3000’s?

the CS400 would work just fine. Most of the early RT and even RTI or if you want RTIA centers will work. The Timbre matching will be slightly off on the RTI and the RTIA but room correction and smooth out those differences which are very small.
Hell I would argue that this is where you would want slight improvements which Polk did over the years in the RT line since the RT5000 system was built. But if you can find a nice clean CS400, It's a direct match.

    I was using a CS400i with my RT3000p until I got the CS1000p.

Tell you the truth, I wouldn't go back to the CS400i if given the choice. If space is really a constraint, then it's the best option.

For what a Cs400/400i cost (100-150 bucks delivered ) you cant go wrong. They are kind like the Cs1000p minus the subs. Both outstanding cc speakers - especially if using a decent subwoofer (which will be better than the Cs1000p subs IMO) . Ive owned/own all of these... I've never heard the Cs350ls but heard great things of them. If you have space. Not sure if it's same size as Cs1000p

The Cs350 is a bit smaller than a Cs1000p but it is rather deep. The drivers are 4" so smaller than the Cs 1000's and I've had 2 of the Cs350 they are excellent center channels.

AS has been said, the cs400 or 400i would be a perfect match, you would just lose some bass. If you have a good sub, you won't notice the difference. The 400i is a nearly full-range center that I enjoyed with multiple setups over the years...
