Maginifi one soundbar sub sync light won't turn on

Maginifi one soundbar turns on and the subwoofer turns on but the sub sync on the bar doesn't and won't connect to the subwoofer.

It might be a good idea to unplug the AC for both the soundbar and the sub, wait a few minutes re-connect the power and try the synchronization again. Sometimes you have to repeat this a few times.

I tried the process you mentioned a couple of times and the soundbar only turned on twice for a couple of seconds and then back off before it could connect to the subwoofer. Is there anything else I could try to get them to sync together? -
