Want a good workout?

Hello everyone,
Many years ago, I studied martial arts but over time I got away from it. Well I hung a heavy bag in the Gym and I'll tell you, you can get one hell of a workout on a heavy bag.

I was doing combos, kicks , back fist etc and after maybe 15 minutes, I'm pretty beat. your heart rate goes up, your wind starts to challenge you and your body, all of it feels like it was in a fight.

The whole time I was hitting the bag, I was kicking it's **** , but really the whole time it was kicking mine.
Dan
My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time.

I keep trying to kick natures a$$.

But I have yet to win.

When you’re staring at your “punching bag” and it’s a mountain, you’ve got your mountain bike and your legs…

It’s always an amazing time though.

Sounds like a great workout and hopefully you like it enough to stay with a program long term. In my case I never owned or hit a heavy bag but started with free weights when I was 22. That worked well as I'm still at it 44 years later. That lowlife dirtbomb fathertime has been seeking to distract me and has forced me to lower the poundage and increase the reps. But I'm already looking forward to hitting them this TG morning. Yessir; I need to work up an appetite for all that food that I really should not be eating.

Good luck to you in setting up an enjoyable program and staying with it.
