Sound cuts out

My soundbar volume cuts out (mutes) about every 5 seconds continuously.
I have replaced the HDMI cable and nothing changes. It doesn't happen on the TV speakers when I unplug the soundbar.

New cables. I had this issue and it was the hdmi handshake of the cable.
