    @Viking64, alright, I'm definitely cured of that idea of getting two goats now. Between these National Geographic documentary clips you posted - I recognize demonic possession when I hear it - and @motorstereo's stories and warning of the beasts' bouts of inexplicable psychosis and possibility probability of being gored, despite petting and being the sole source of rotten bananas... I just don't see myself consistently wearing a stab vest, codpiece, helmet, and neck armor to the back yard at this stage of life.

    @audioluvr 's acknowledgment of previous ownership of goats - plural - and singular recipe for roasting... well that's just not very encouraging.

    @Nex you're on your own. But please do post back with photos and stories.

    For now, I'm just going to keep feeding what I think may be a stray cat, but is more likely a band of raccoons just waiting for me to slip up and leave a window cracked, or toolbag of pry bars on the back porch.

    Scott, I have a friend that HAD 3 goats. I was visiting one day and he says I need to feed the goats. So, we go down to where they were fenced in. Now, I hated goats long before this, but you know I go in the gate with my friend and as we're walking down to the small barn one of them comes over and rams into me, hard. I gave it a good right upside it's head. That put an end to it, I walked back to the house.
