Believe it or not, there is nothing "wrong" with that setup. Supposedly the lugs are stronger, and they sell them for performance.

Perhaps there's nothing *functionally* wrong, other than missing the valve cap.Expect that there will be bumps in the road. Choose to not let them rattle you.

I have only gotten it twice in my life. One with an 8 watt tube amp and the the other one knocked out 2 amplifiers that had JUST gotten back from service. A lightning strike was the cause for the second one....the system was on when it hit, so the electronics that were frying while the speakers were going?.....well, it amplified the system frying through the speakers.
That's a sound one never forgets.
