Magnifi Max No Sound

I have had the MagniFi Max soundbar and Subwoofer since 2018. Just recently the soundbar no longer produces sound. I have It connected via arc to my TV and the light will go green and show the volume going up but no sound leaves the soundbar. I have also connected to the soundbar via Bluetooth and same thing. I have noticed the led light on the front will quickly go to solid orange like it is receiving no signal. Is there some way to factory reset the system to try and fix it? I have tried power cycling numerous times and checked that all connections are good.

Let me refer your situation to a couple of friends who work at Polk for you. I probably won't hear from them for a couple of days, but I'll let you know what they recommend.

I have the same problem! I have the bought the magnifi last saturday and after setting up with google home i have no sound. Also not after a wifi reset
