    You were right on the money with this being a connection issue and got me started on the right path. I’m so glad that’s where the issue is since I can handle this upgrade on my own. It’s great having the full SDA effect back!

    As an FYI on the orignal questions. I had thought I had updated but I guess not. I had chance to get a pair at the local dealer for very good price however based on some of the comments here and in particulate Jesse's comment I suspected I would feel the same way. There are just to many newer speakers I have listened to and just not been into them.

    Undoubtably he did.............. this is his precursor to a "nice" used pair that will be coming up for sale soon.
