Polk Woodbourne not connecting to wifi

I have two Polk Woodbourne units and one no longer connects to the wifi. I have tried to reestablish the settings, but I can't even get to the config screen anymore. After getting the fast flashing blue wifi logo, I attempt to go to http://192.168.1.12, but the attempt always times out without connecting to the unit. The bluetooth also drops on a regular basis. Is there a fix for this?

Sorry, my bad - user error. Wifi connection working now.
