Spotty sound from Polk Audio SR1 Wireless Rear Surround Speakers for MagniFi Max Sound Bar System

Hello, we have had the Polk Audio - 5.1-Channel MagniFi Max SR Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer & Surround Speakers since the beginning of 2021. We loved the sound and the bass for watching movies and playing music. But pretty early on, the speakers started cutting out and making a popping noise, esp while playing music. We soon after stopped using the Wireless Rear Surround Speakers because they cut out A LOT and seem to be blown out? Not really sure what to do, how to repair, if possible, or if we should just try selling them. Any help/insight is greatly appreciated.

The most common cause of this kind of problem is interference with other wireless devices. As a test try playing a DVD with surround sound and turning off your router (assuming it is in the same general area as the soundbar or the surround speakers). If you no longer hear any problems with the surround channels then moving the router could solve the problem.
