Sound cutting on Polk S4 to Sony XBR 900H

Hey so I’m having issues with my soundbar since I bought it. Sound keep cutting on PS5, Netflix, Prime… basically on everything.
Soundbar is connected from ARC to my TV ARC … simple.
Then my PS5 is connected to HDMI4 which is the recommended port for PS5.
Tried playing with TV setting… always ending up cutting.

His response:
If I understand correctly, he has all sources connected to the TV and only the ARC connected to the soundbar. That is the recommended connection type.
- Depending on the connected TV, I recommend connecting the PS5 straight to the TV. This will allow for the best video quality.
- With the PS5 in the chain, 8K Ultra High-Speed HDMI Cables are recommended.

Well i’m using the PS5 hdmi cable for my connection and the one from Polk… I’m guessing they are both not 8K…
Also my PS5 is connected directly to my tv but not into the Arc port… since my audio bar is using it.
