Volume increasing issue

Hello,
I have a Polk Audio MagniFi Max Home Theater Sound Bar with Dolby Digital which I purchased in 2019. I was connected to my LG OLED tv, it worked fantastic for 1 year but around 2020 after i year i started experiencing auto volume increase issue. The volume of the speakers automatically increases in 2 mins. I tired all the rest options shows online but none worked. Its been 2 years i have disconnected the device and not using it sadly. Tired to connect to customer service but no luck. Any help to fix the issue would be great. I really loved the unit for the 1 year it was working Thank you.
