Unfortunately my 14 yo DSW Pro 400 has gone t!ts up. I've opened and cant see anything obvious except a toasted C7 below and left of large cap (C7). ordered new sw today. will donate this to someone willing to tinker.

The good news is, it lasted 14 times longer than the psw150
14 years is a pretty good run for an active sub!- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -

I still have a Sound Dynamics powered sub running in a bedroom rig. That I bought brand new in 1997!

I have a ACI Titan from the late 90s as wel, but it sold ID for around $1000 usd, which would be about $1700 now, and it still sounds amazing (knock on wood😬). But that’s a different beast from a $200 Chinese sub…Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
