in Troubleshooting
I upped my surround amp with the same brand - just a shade newer. My SW now just hums. loudly. Tried different setups but to no avail. Thoughts?

    That usually means a failure of the bass amplifier, it would need to either repaired or replaced.

    Is your power cord too close to an outlet or other power source.....is it properly seated?

    Have you tried hooking the old amp up to see if the hum is eliminated?
