    I would venture to say, somewhere in the late 90's to early 2000's. Hang loose, as there are a few people on the forum that could probably get you closer.

    I tried to date a pair of speakers once, it didn't end well.

    Protip: Stay away from the rear port until at least the third date, and even then wait until after dinner and a movie.

    The woofer may look like it's not an original part because it doesn't quite match the rest of the parts but I think it was that way originally, so the speaker probably still identifies as a Polk product.

    One of the drivers may have a date stamp on its rear.

    how do you know a speaker is your type unless you date it?

    I vote for S series as well.
