Mini AX Really bad 3D sound… HELP !

Hello !
The sound of my Mini AX set on "3D" is very very bad: low volume, muffled and without relief. No surround effect!
Finally, the sound of the bar is much better on the "Movie" mode. Strange, isn't it?
What do I have to do to finally have a three-dimensional sound? A Dolby Atmos effect...

What is your program material that you are listening to? What format is it encoded with?

I tried almost all formats on NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV... and also on cable. Atmos, DolbySound, 5.1... Nothing to do the "3D" sound is always worse than the "Movie" mode.

This issue sounds like the soundbar is not working correctly, it shouldn't sound low and muffled. You could contact either the company who sold it to you or with Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655. -

Personally, I would try the company that sold it to you first....then, as a last option, contact Polk.
