Polk Sigma 2 sound bar has two white lights

Hi,
I have three of these Polk speakers in my home. On one of the sound bars I noticed that it had a white light and not the green light like the other sound bars. So I performed a reset on the sound bar by pressing the power button, source and volume + simultaneously for 10 seconds to see if this would fix the issue. Now I have two white lights displaying and sound bar has no signal to the tv and therefore has no sound at all. I’ve gone through all the tv settings and it’s on HDMI Arc, I’ve powered off the tv and sound bar and the two lights still remain. Can anyone help please?
