Tweeter in Monitor 75T no longer working, is RD4595-1 compatible?

I was told the replacement part is RD7595-1 but they no longer have it in stock, and I'm having a hard time finding it online. The RD4595-1 LOOKS like the same design, but I'm not sure if it is a compatible fit, or if I need to dremel out the old one and glue in a new one?
