How to replace Signa S2 woofer element wires

Can anybody tell me how to open up the sub (not the amp module on the back) so that I can replace the wires that go from the amplifier to the actual speaker element.
I got the Signa S2 soundbar system with a silent woofer to repair. I removed the amp module and tested the speaker resistance with multimeter and it showed open connection.
Leater, by looking into the inverter tube, I found out that apparently some mice have got inside the sub from this tube and chewed through the speaker wires

Hello,
Welcome to the forum.
Usually the wires can be replaced by splicing new wire in place of the damaged ones. If you can post a photo we can offer help. Are you experienced with soldering? -

Soldering should not be a problem. -
I probably should have been more specific. Can you photograph the damaged wires? It might be a wiring harness, one end detaches from the bass amplifier the other end comes away from the woofer.

The broken wires can be seen on two last pictures.

I see your sub on the first picture, if I choose "next" I just get a series of various short videos. Maybe someone more 'net savvy can figure it out?

I'll send this information to some contacts at Polk. Since I'm not familiar with this series, what is preventing you from pulling out the amplifier, repairing/replacing the connecting wires and putting it all back together? Is there an internal baffle separating the amplifier from the woofer?
