All lights rapidly flashing on Polk signa sb1 soundbar

Any idea what to do if all lights rapidly flashing on Polk signa sb1 soundbar? Won’t do anything.

  • Polk responded that your soundbar might need a reset, which involves turning the unit off, then disconnect the AC power cord and leave unconnected for a few minutes. Then replug the power cord and turn the unit back on. You might need to do this a couple of times to get it completely reset. Let us know what the results are.

    One other way to do a hard reset is to unplug it for a couple of minutes and then short out the positive and negative prongs on the cord for about 10 seconds. Then plug it back in.

    This will ensure that all IC's have dissipated all energy and can be reset with no hung up circuits/prongs that are hung/stuck in a high/low status.
