Hello all, I recently purchased a HTS12 new, From day 1 i noticed it was DOA, No red light, Nothing...
Naturally i contacted polk, And my luck as usual they couldn't help me because i lost my receipt, and Bought with cash, Now i have a bricked HTS12 on my hands...
Has anyone had this issue before? I would be fine with tearing into it, And possibly soldering if i have to, I've tried multiple power cables, Outlets, Replaced the fuse several times, All of the quick steps, There is nothing visually wrong inside the amp, So it'll have to be a faulty part on one of the boards.
I would love to hear feedback and if anyone else has/fixed this issue...
Thanks.

I just managed to fix it somehow? Took everything off the backplate, Removed some anti rattle sealant from some questionable areas, And now it works like new? Needless to say i'm not mad, I did notice a little sealant in the main power plugs, So possibly it was that?

Hello! That's going to be a little tricky to troubleshoot, a great deal of the amplifier's interior surface is covered in a sealant to prevent component rattling.

"So possibly it was that?"
Could very well be, glad it's working for you now.
