These M10s are where my journey started over 30 years ago. Vintage Polks in good condition are becoming harder to find here in Australia and even harder in Perth Western Australia. I was hoping these would be the later model with the MW6503 drivers but they aren't so i will keep looking. But they are in good nick for a mid 80's model so snapped them up.

Can i "TL"them and put in RDO198s?
Also do you subscribe to the theory that the later models with MW6503 were better?

That link is for the later 10b with the MW6503 drivers. Mine are the earlier version with the MW 6501 drivers. Not sure if it makes a difference. But anyway its too late ive already ordered the RDO194 tweeters. Cheers anyway. -

^^^^I second that notion.^^^^ The only great sounding 10Bs I've heard were converted to SDAs.Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists.
