Can’t hear anything on tv unless level is 60+

When I first got my sound bar and used it all the time I was able to hear the TV with the volume level at 1 to 10 now I can’t hear anything unless it’s 60 or higher what’s wrong

It's called aging.

I unplugged it and plugged it back in and have no sound at 100
