Step 1: turn it off wait 30 seconds then turn it back on.
Step 2: hit the side of it with your hand.
Step 3: pick it up and shake it.

I wish there were a fix to it, but I think it’s just junk.
I’m using fire stick, so that’s plugged in one hdmi, sound bar is in hdmi ARC -
