Every time It is powered off and then powered back on, the volume raises to 40 and the voice, bass and surround levels decrease to halfway point. I set everything back to preferred levels but they are all lost after powered off and on.
I reset the sound bar but problem continues.

Any answers from support?

Are you certain the soundbar is plugged into a continuously operating AC source? In other words could the bar have the available power interrupted?

Yes. It was working just fine up until a couple of weeks ago. It’s connected to same power source as other AV components. Maybe issue started after some sort of firmware update like others reported having volume issues after that recently.SeleniumFalcon wrote: »Are you certain the soundbar is plugged into a continuously operating AC source? I recommend sending an email to: Kim.Jasper@soundunited.com and explain the situation. It might be a few days until he responds because of the holiday
